Returns and Refunds Policy
Chard Plant & Garden CentreLtd are fully compliant with the regulations concerning distance selling (now known as the Consumer Contracts Regulations). You can return any item you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 14 days of receipt to advise of its return.
In the first instance, please call us on 01460 63088 or email customerservices@chardgc.com to discuss the return.
Please note that we will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless it is faulty.
For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items, and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item.
To get a full refund of the price you paid for the product, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging, within 28 days of purchase.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
